CIP清洗又称清洗定位或定位清洗。就地清洗是指不用拆开或移动装置，即采用高温、高浓度的洗净液，对设备装置加以强力作用，把与食品、要求的接触面洗净的方法。包括容器罐体、管道、泵、过滤器等及整个生产线在无需人工拆卸或打开的前提下，在一个预订时间内，将一定温度的清洁液通过密闭的管道对设备内表面进行喷淋循环而达到清洗的目的。

CIP在线清洗系统主要有单个或多个清洗液贮罐及管道、分布器、增压泵、回流泵、气动控制阀、酸碱计量泵、板式换热器、温度控制仪、电导率检测仪、液位控制仪，PLC触摸屏及控制柜等部件组成。全自动单回路CIP系统，采用三罐制方形联体式结构，板式换热器在线加热。酸液罐、碱液罐、热水罐均为2000L双层全封闭罐，内胆板材为不锈钢SUS316L，其中酸碱罐配置搅拌器；浓酸、浓碱罐为100L不锈钢罐，材质为不锈钢SUS316L。 重庆CIP清洗设备安装与服务罐体密封可靠，气缸开关门，气缸锁紧装置，确保设备运行中的安全性。
